The Traitors only needed one season to become a massive hit with reality TV fans. The Peacock strategy series set in Scotland and hosted by Alan Cumming premiered in January 2023 and was so popular that it quickly got renewed for season 2. Season one featured half reality stars, and half everyday people, who are either “Traitors” or “Faithfuls”. The next season’s cast will feature only reality stars — so expect a lot more drama. And if the rumors about who is on The Traitors season 2 are true, it’s going to be an incredible show.

The Traitors Season 2 Premiere Date
Peacock has not announced when The Traitors will return for season 2. Filming supposedly kicks off in September 2023. So it’s probable that season 2 will premiere in January 2024 – on par when the first season aired the year prior.
The Traitors Season 2 Cast
Everybody is wondering who will be on The Traitors season 2 cast. The first season had an all-star lineup of reality TV stars including Brandi Glanville from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Kate Chastain from Below Deck , Arie Luyendyk Jr. from The Bachelor, and Rachel Reilly from Big Brother. Cirie Fields from Survivor won the The Traitors season 1.

The rumored cast for The Traitors season 2 started getting leaked online on September 19. The Twitter account GamerVev revealed some of the names in a Twitter thread. Peacock did not confirm the cast when HollywoodLife reached out.
According to Gamervev, Janelle Pierzina and Dan Gheesling from Big Brother, Johnny Bananas and CT Tamburello from The Challenge, Trishelle Cannatella and Beth Stolarczyk from The Real World, Lindsay Hubbard from Summer House, Mercedes Javid from Shahs of Sunset, Tamra Judge from The Real Housewives of Orange County, Larsa Pippen from The Real Housewives of Miami, and Rob Mariano, Parvati Shallow, and Sandra Diaz Twine from Survivor are all allegedly on the cast. Larsa seemingly confirmed she’s doing the show by posting pictures from Scotland on Sept. 20.
The Instagram account BravoAndCocktails released the names of more alleged The Traitors season 2 cast members. They include Scheana Shay from Vanderpump Rules, Dr. Heavenly from Married to Medicine, Bergie Bergersen from Love Island, and Jack Stirrup from Below Deck. Kandi Burruss from The Real Housewives of Atlanta was also on that list but she denied that she’s doing the show.

Alan Cumming is returning to host The Traitors season 2. During Alan’s EXCLUSIVE interview with HollywoodLife before season one premiered, the Scottish award-winning actor talked about how much he enjoyed hosting the reality show.
“I was constantly surprised, amazing, horrified, at people’s behavior,” Alan said. “And just how people behave under stress. And how good people were at lying. How bad people were at lying.”
