Is CBS Saturday Morning Canceled?

No, CBS Saturday Morning has not been terminated by the broadcasting company, but there will be adjustments to the personnel, The New York Post stated on October 29, 2025. Per the media source, individuals familiar with the situation suggested that CBS News’ recently appointed editor-in-chief, Bari Weiss, along with the network’s president, Tom Cibrowski, concluded that CBS Saturday Morning was “too pricey” and that Dana and Michelle would be required to depart.

Where Will Michelle Miller & Dana Jacobson Go After CBS?

Because Michelle and Dana haven’t yet commented regarding their suspected departure from CBS Saturday Morning, it remains uncertain where the co-hosts will head next. NYP communicated that Michelle and Dana were made aware that they would be let go as a result of the network’s “complete overhaul.”

Is Gayle King Leaving CBS Mornings?

No, Gayle isn’t intending to depart CBS Mornings, regardless of a report from Variety, citing numerous sources acquainted with the circumstance, claiming she would leave the media company once her agreement concludes in 2026.

“I am present and delighted to be present,” Gayle clarified to TMZ on October 31, 2025. “I am unsure of what to communicate to you regarding it, however, what I am hearing in the facility is not what I’m reading in the news, and what I am not going to do is make deals in the media. … All that I have been told by everyone in this building is that they desire me here.”

Gayle incorporated that, to her knowledge, CBS “is pleased with the job [she is] executing” and went on, “I’ll declare this: I am pleased with the job, together with the individuals with whom I work, thus I am unsure of what to communicate to you.”

Following the distribution of the report, a representative for CBS News indicated that the broadcasting company has had “no discussions” alongside Gayle concerning her agreement.

“There have been no dialogues with Gayle regarding her agreement that extends through May 2026,” the representative articulated. “She’s a truly appreciated component of CBS, and we anticipate interacting alongside her regarding the prospect.”
