Mikhail Shufutinsky announced that after a long relationship, he married his young girlfriend, dancer Svetlana Urazova. The couple appeared together at the Victoria Awards gala dinner.
Both men wore rings from the luxury fashion house Cartier, crafted from three types of gold. “My wife chose the rings,” Shufutinsky admitted with a smile. Sources say the jewelry is valued at several million rubles.
Svetlana completed her look with a symbolic accessory – a horseshoe ring, created especially for her by a close jeweler friend. Mikhail Zakharovich did not reveal any details of the ceremony, but it was known to have taken place without unnecessary fanfare or cameras.
The couple met over twenty years ago: Urazova, then 19, joined Shufutinsky's ballet company. At the time, the musician was married, raising two sons, and living with his family in the United States. After his wife's tragic death in 2015, it was Svetlana who stood by his side – first as a colleague and supporter, and then as the person with whom the singer learned to enjoy life again.
