Naos, the French firm renowned for its skincare and personal care lines Bioderma, Institut Esthederm, and Etat Pur, has designated Frédéric Ennabli as the Chairman of its Executive Committee, commencing January 12, 2026.
Frédéric Ennabli, who has steered Pierre Fabre Dermo-Cosmetics since 2022, contributes over two decades of experience as a corporate executive. In concert with his teams, he spearheaded a significant overhaul of the enterprise, with the goal of reinvigorating its expansion and recapturing market dominance.
Previously, he oversaw YellowKorner, a French artistic photography house (2014–2021), subsequent to his tenures as CEO of The Body Shop (2010–2013) and Club des Créateurs de Beauté (2007–2010). Earlier in his professional life, he occupied diverse marketing roles within the L’Oréal organization, before being appointed Managing Director for Switzerland (2006-2007).
“This distinctive career trajectory, at the intersection of entrepreneurial ventures and global corporations, has enabled him to cultivate profound expertise in innovation, distribution tactics, and digital transformation, along with substantial experience in worldwide markets and establishing adaptable organizational structures,” Naos conveyed in a statement. “By affiliating with Naos, Frédéric Ennabli will contribute his strategic insight and leadership abilities to the advancement of the business,” the group adds.

Frédéric Ennabli is joining Naos at a pivotal moment for the company, which produced sales of EUR 896 million in 2024 and is projected to attain the EUR 1 billion threshold by 2026.
Naos, operating in 130 nations with more than 3,500 personnel globally, augmented its manufacturing capability this past summer through the acquisition of Probionat Provence, a family-run provider specializing in small to medium-sized scale output.
