The low-key couple recently celebrated their second anniversary.

Coco Gauff has found success both on and off the court with boyfriend Jalen Sera. The couple, who have kept their relationship low-key despite Sera’s fame, recently celebrated their second anniversary, which Gauff announced in a June Bose commercial.
In the promotional video, the athlete listens to a voice message from Sera, in which he calls his girlfriend “the most wonderful person in the world” and says, “I love you.” After hearing the recording, Gauff smiles and says, “That’s my boyfriend. And today is our second anniversary. Oh, he didn’t tell me that!”
The couple also made it Instagram official in June of this year, after Gauff sneakily included Sera in her edit of summer photos from their visit to Atlanta, and he did the same.
However, the 2025 French Open champion still values her personal life.
“I honestly can’t set it in stone… there are some things I like to share, and some things I think I’ll keep to myself,” she told People last year. “And I think that’s the beauty of it: People still know me, and they know some of the details, but they don’t know everything. So I feel like my life is in my hands, too, to a certain extent.”

The couple have been together since 2023.
In the same interview with Time magazine, Gauff confirmed that she began dating Sera in 2023. Recalling their romance at the time, she said: “This is my first real relationship. Just being with someone who is completely unrelated to tennis, it gives me a fresh perspective on a lot of things.”
