The drama series “Adolescence” made a historic sweep at the Bafta Television Awards, marking a significant moment for British television. Many of the industry’s leading figures were in attendance, celebrating a year of outstanding programming.

Among the notable attendees was Claudia Winkleman, host of “The Celebrity Traitors,” who arrived with her husband Kris Thykier. She took a brief hiatus from filming the show’s second series to be present at the ceremony.

The cast of “Adolescence” were particularly celebrated. Young star Owen Cooper received the award for best supporting actor, a testament to his breakout performance. Lucy Punch, who plays the titular role in the sitcom “Amandaland,” was among the nominees for best actress in a comedy, alongside Rosie Jones for her work on “Pushers.”
